Cinnamon = Fresh Breath

The next time you run out of mouthwash, try making your own!

1. Combine 1/2 cup of cinnamon with 1 1/2 cups of apple cider vinegar in a glass bottle with a wide brim and a tight fitting lid.

2. Store the jar in a cool, dark place for 2 weeks.

3.  Shake the jar everyday to re-mix the ingredients.

4. After 2 weeks, strain the liquid through a coffee filter or cheesecloth into a new bottle.

5.  To use: swish in your mouth for a minute.
